Central password vault
Organise privileged resources and credentials under defined ownership and access permissions.

Replace scattered administrator credentials with a controlled password process.
Password Manager Pro is enterprise password-management software for storing, sharing and auditing privileged credentials. It is aimed at IT teams that need accountability around shared access to servers, network equipment and other supported resources.
For infrastructure and security teams moving away from spreadsheets, unmanaged password files or informal sharing. The relevant controls include ownership, permitted retrieval, supported password changes and evidence of access—not merely storing more secrets.
The proposed edition and supported environment determine the available scope.
Organise privileged resources and credentials under defined ownership and access permissions.
Give authorised people the access they need without distributing uncontrolled copies.
Test remote changes for the target systems and account types you intend to manage.
Identify whether the selected edition supplies the access-request controls required by your process.
Validate supported connection, recording and session controls in the proposed edition rather than assuming every control is part of the base vault.
Review retrieval, changes and administrative actions with suitable access and retention.
Password Manager Pro is an on-premises enterprise password manager with supported Windows and Linux installation options. Standard, Premium and Enterprise paid editions offer different controls. Hosting its server in your own cloud infrastructure does not turn it into the separate PAM360 Cloud service.
The product’s edition matrix lists directory authentication, SAML-based SSO and other controls. Service-management and SIEM integrations must be validated for the required workflow and edition. Confirm recovery arrangements before making a directory or identity provider the only route to critical credentials.
Password Manager Pro has Standard, Premium and Enterprise paid editions. The pricing table is based on administrators and key allowances, rather than a charge for each stored resource. Annual subscription and perpetual options differ in maintenance and support treatment.
For a quotation: administrator roles and numbers, required keys, session and approval controls, language and availability requirements. The number of people retrieving credentials is not necessarily the number of licensed administrators.
Scope a Password Manager Pro quotation ↗The published pricing is organised around administrators and key allowances, with no resource/user cap shown for the quoted plans. Confirm the administrator roles and exact edition on the current proposal.
List approval, discovery, session, integration and availability requirements, then map them to Standard, Premium or Enterprise. Demonstrate the control that motivated the purchase before selecting a tier.
Recovery, emergency access, backups and availability must be designed and tested. Include those requirements in the evaluation rather than discovering the fallback procedure during an incident.
We help identify the credential controls that justify your Password Manager Pro edition and arrange an evaluation around representative resources. Your quote can then distinguish licensed administrators, keys and any additional service requirements.
