What we collect and why
We process the name, business email, organisation, product interest and requirements you provide to respond to enquiries, coordinate requested evaluations and manage quotations or purchases. The form also includes the request type and enquiry page. We handle relevant commercial enquiries on the basis of legitimate interests; contractual and legal obligations may apply to a resulting purchase. Please do not include sensitive information, passwords or private keys. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Processing, sharing and storage
Enquiries are handled through our email and business systems. We use IONOS for website hosting and HubSpot to record and manage website enquiries, including contact details, requirements and enquiry context. These providers process information for these purposes. An enquiry does not opt you into marketing emails. A requested product evaluation may involve the manufacturer or an agreed specialist; we clarify the introduction and information needed. Access should be limited to those handling the request. Where providers process information outside the UK, the relevant transfer arrangements and safeguards must be established. We retain information for handling the enquiry, any resulting commercial relationship and applicable recordkeeping duties, then review it for deletion.
Optional analytics
Optional Google Analytics runs only when enabled and after you allow it and measures page use and accepted form submissions. Names, email addresses and requirement text are not sent as analytics event parameters. Advertising features are not enabled. With permission, limited landing-page, source and campaign context is stored for the session. Your choice is remembered in local storage for up to 180 days. You can reject or withdraw permission below without preventing an enquiry; withdrawal stops future measurement and clears optional session attribution, rather than retracting previous events.
Security and website operation
We use HTTPS and form validation, spam controls and restricted configuration access to protect website enquiries. Hosting may record access and security data such as IP addresses, requested pages and times. No internet service can promise absolute security. Fonts are served locally.
Your rights
You can ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and portability where applicable, using our contact address. Rights depend on the processing and applicable duties. You can withdraw optional analytics permission at any time. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. This notice must be updated if our processing changes.
