ManageEngine
OpManager

See the issue. Understand the impact.

Keep availability and performance in view across supported network devices, servers and virtual environments.

Where it fits

Turn infrastructure
signals into priorities.

For infrastructure teams that need a shared view of network and server health, with actionable alerts and useful performance history.

01

An unexplained slowdown

Examine interface and server metrics together to narrow the investigation.

02

Too many notifications

Review thresholds and notification rules against the severity and ownership of actual incidents.

03

Multiple sites

Assess how the proposed architecture will collect and present monitoring data across locations.

Inside the platform

From capability
to everyday practice.

Focus your evaluation on the workflows your team will actually use.

01

Network device monitoring

Monitor supported routers, switches and interfaces for availability and performance.

02

Server availability & performance

Track server resource health using supported monitoring protocols.

03

Virtual infrastructure monitoring

Review supported virtualisation hosts and guests, including VMware and Hyper-V.

04

Dashboards & maps

Present device status and relationships through dashboards and maps.

05

Thresholds & alerts

Configure thresholds and notifications to help teams respond to relevant events.

06

Reports & capacity trends

Use historical reporting to investigate patterns and support capacity discussions.

Plan the right setup

Fit your environment.
Define your scope.

Plan monitoring reachability, credentials and polling requirements. Distributed environments may require an appropriate multi-site architecture and edition.

Monitoring uses supported protocols such as SNMP, WMI and CLI. Traffic analysis, network configuration management and application monitoring are additional scope decisions, not assumptions about the base product.

Your questions, answered

Before you
make the decision.

Capabilities and integrations depend on edition, deployment, supported versions and additional components. We confirm the proposed scope before quotation.

Do we need an agent on every device?

Many monitoring tasks use protocols and APIs rather than a device agent. Confirm the method and prerequisites for each device type and metric.

Does it include NetFlow and configuration backups?

Network traffic analysis and configuration management are available through additional modules or related offerings. Include those requirements explicitly in the quotation brief.

What makes a useful demonstration?

Choose a representative device, a server and a real alert scenario. Ask to see discovery, a performance investigation, notification behaviour and historical reports.

How does Leal Services help?

We start with your requirements, coordinate a focused demonstration and help clarify licensing, quotation and procurement. You have a personal point of contact through evaluation and deployment coordination.
